A graduate of the prestigious Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron Match Racing Program, Reuben has since climbed the ISAF World Match Rankings to number twelve and is committed to winning the World Match Racing Tour by 2017. With instant success in his first grade one event winning in St Petersburg, Russia. He backed it up with a silver placing in Pornichet, France a few months later. Also an avid Team Racer competing for two World titles culminating in a bronze medal. For the last Olympic cycle Reuben was assistant coach for the Netherlands Olympic Match Racing Team.
